Dr. Nineveh Latif
Principale PRACTITIONER

Dr Nineveh Latif took her training in General Practice with GP Synergy, a large part of her training was at Westmead hospital and has trained in numerous hospitals in Sydney,NSW gaining experience in various areas of medicine. She has completed the fellowship through the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners. She is keen on sexual and reproductive health and completed Family planning NSW-FPAA national Certificate for the advanced practice of Implanon and Mirena insertion and removal. Dr Nineveh Latif completer her residency at Westmead Hospital network as a senior resident medical officer in geriatric, gynecology and obstetrics, emergency medicine and pediatrics.
She also worked two years as psychiatry registrar in Campbelltown Hospital and continue to work as a locum psychiatry medical officer. She has experience in Iron infusions, Women’s health, mental health and chronic disease management. She enjoys the experience of practicing family medicine and continuity of Care.
Dr. Cho Nwe

Dr Nwe is passionate about General Practice and was keen to become a GP since her early days working in hospital where she encountered many patients with preventable health conditions. As such, she is a keen believer of preventative health strategies while advocating for a patient-centred model of care.
She has gained valuable 3 years’ experience at Alice Springs Hospital as a Resident Medical Officer, having worked in the department of Medicine, Emergency, General Surgery and Paediatric, Medical Oncology, O&G, Addiction Medicine.
Her exposure to a wide range of clinical presentations during his GP training in rural NSW has given her the opportunity to treat patients holistically from the perspectives of both physical and mental wellbeing.
As a General Practitioner, Dr Nwe enjoys all aspects of medicine including chronic disease management, child and adolescent health, men’s and women’s health as well as clinic-based surgical procedures (e.g. skin lesion excision, skin cancer management). Her diverse experience and specialized skills make her a significant asset to our healthcare team.
Dr. Qian Li
General Practitioner
Dr Qian Li achieved her Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree at the University of Sydney Medical School and her PhD degree in Cancer Immunology at the University of Melbourne. After graduation, she was trained at Nepean Hospital with multiple rotations in Emergency, Haematology, Cardiology, Geriatric Medicine, Respiratory, Neurology, ICU, and Plastic surgery. She has interests in preventative medicine, women’s health, chronic disease and geriatric medicine. She has a strong belief in holistic and patient-oriented care. She speaks English and Mandarin.
Dr Kwok Hung Fa
General Practitioner
Dr Kwok Hung Fa graduated from the University of NSW in 1983 and has also completed a diploma in Family Medicine from Monash University. He is skilled in all areas of general practice and has a special interest in integrated functional medicine (a holistic medical discipline which takes into account food and lifestyle habits). Dr Kwok can also provide some acupuncture services.
Dr. Farhaan Patel

Dr Patel graduated from Bond University in 2016 and also has extensive emergency experience in Western Sydney over the past 4 years.
He is looking forward to extending his experience into the realm of primary care and preventative medicine and has an interest in managing multiple, chronic diseases and working in multidisciplinary teams to provide GP optimal patient care.

Dr. Mariam Iftikhar is a passionate caring doctor and cherishes the continuity of care for patients. Dr. Mehdi Farhan

Dr Mehdi Farhan is a Physician and Geriatrician, currently working as senior staff specialist in the Western NSW Health District and Nepean-Blue Mountain Health District. He has been providing Geriatric Service to those areas for nearly ten years. He was trained in The Canberra Hospital, The Wollongong Hospital and Lidcombe-Bankstown Hospital. He is keen to see patients with cognitive/memory problem, gait & balance problem, polypharmacy, complex psychosocial or other Geriatric issues.
Joshua De Robillard
Physiotherapist
Josh graduated with a Doctor of Physiotherapy in 2019. He has gained experienced working in various settings including private practices, orthopaedics, medical centres, & semi-professional sports. He is passionate about helping people of all ages stay active. Josh is particularly interested in injury prevention, and uses rehabilitation strategies to maximise this.
Ben Mifsud
PODIATRIST
Ben has been serving the Hills District as a Podiatrist for 30 years. He is passionate about the provision of preventative care, diagnosis and treatment of a range of problems affecting the feet, ankles and lower legs. This can include infections, defects and injuries, as well as foot and nail conditions related to other major health disorders such as diabetes. He also has an interest in foot biomechanics, fungal toenail infections and orthotics.
Podiatry consultations are BULK-BILLED if you have a valid EPC Allied Health referral from your GP. Fees apply if you do not have an EPC referral form.

Meet our in house Consultant Pharmacist Ruzic, an energetic, hands on, experienced, special interest in Diabetes Medicine management and also accredited to conduct Home Medicines Reviews, which is a medicines review done in the home with the patient to help you manage your medicines.

A compassionate experienced and caring Registered Nurse who has previously worked for NSW Health for 27 years. Derelle has spent 25 years specializing in Paediatrics at the Children’s Hospital Westmead. Derelle joined the Medical Centre 18 months ago and is enjoying the change and Variety of practice Nursing provides.
Mia Quinn
Nurse
Mia has been a registered nurse working on busy hospital wards for 4 years in specialities such as oncology, palliative care, and vascular nursing. Her position in a vascular ward was her favourite as she learned much about complex wound care and diabetes management. Her passion has always been in preventive health and nurturing the local community, so she decided to change her to become practice nurse. Her favourite thing is making art.
